Role Description We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Upwork Proposal Specialist to help us find relevant projects, write compelling proposals, and win new clients on Upwork. The ideal candidate should understand how Upwork works, know how to identify suitable job opportunities, and be skilled at writing customized proposals that attract clients and generate business. This is a commission-based opportunity, meaning your earnings will depend on the projects you successfully help us secure. Responsibilities

• Commission & Compensation
• This is a commission-based position with no fixed monthly salary.
• Commission will be paid for projects successfully secured through your efforts.
• The commission percentage and payment terms will be mutually agreed upon before starting.
• Higher earnings are possible as you help us secure more projects and grow our business. Requirements
• Basic to strong understanding of Upwork and its bidding process.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to write customized and persuasive proposals.
• Understanding of client requirements and project budgets.
• Self-motivated, honest, and results-oriented.
• Previous experience winning Upwork projects is an advantage.
