Position Overview As a Accountant, you will own accounting cycles and financial reporting for assigned entities or clients, ensuring compliance while serving as a trusted financial partner to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Own month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare and review financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP. Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights. Review complex journal entries and accounting estimates. Maintain balance sheet integrity through accurate reconciliations. Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting. Review the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and mentorship. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Tools & Systems QuickBooks Online NetSuite Xero Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Google Sheets Financial reporting and audit tools Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university. Knowledge of US GAAP. ACCA or CA finalist. 2 to 4 years of professional accounting experience. Strong understanding of accrual accounting. Experience preparing month-end financial reports.
