Contract / Project-Based Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid Platforms: iOS & Android About the Project IK Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Unity Game Developer to develop a complete 3D mobile farming simulation game for both iOS and Android. The game will be inspired by popular farming simulation games such as Hay Day, incorporating interactive farming mechanics, 3D environments, player progression, multiplayer features and in-game monetisation. This is a one-time project, with the opportunity to work on future projects based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop a complete 3D farming simulation game using Unity and C#.
* Build and optimise the game for both iOS and Android devices.
* Implement farming mechanics, including planting, harvesting, animals and production buildings.
* Develop farm customisation, land expansion and progression systems.
* Integrate multiplayer features, player trading, friends and social interactions.
* Implement daily rewards, challenges, seasonal events and leaderboards.
* Integrate in-app purchases, virtual currencies and premium features.
* Develop or integrate backend systems, player accounts and cloud saving.
* Ensure smooth gameplay, performance optimisation and bug fixing.
* Prepare and publish the completed game on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
* Deliver complete source code and technical documentation upon project completion. Required Skills & Experience
* Strong proficiency in Unity 3D and C#.
* Proven experience developing and launching mobile games for iOS and Android.
* Experience with 3D game environments, animations and interactive gameplay.
* Understanding of multiplayer systems, APIs and backend integration.
* Experience with mobile game monetisation and in-app purchases.
* Knowledge of game performance optimisation across mobile devices.
* Ability to independently manage development milestones and deliverables. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously developed farming, simulation, city-building or similar mobile games. Project Details
