We’re Hiring – DAE Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, computer science and IT Industry: Telecommunications / Broadband Services

Salary:
PKR 40,000 (Basic) + Performance-Based Commission

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, configuration, and activation of broadband/internet equipment at customer premises
- On-site troubleshooting of connectivity and network-related issues
- Ensure service quality and timely resolution of customer complaints
- Educate customers on proper usage and basic maintenance of installed services
- Maintain accurate service reports and daily field activity records
- Coordinate with technical support teams for escalations when required Eligibility Criteria:
- DAE / Technical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or Networking
- Basic understanding of fiber, broadband, routers, modems, and LAN/WAN concepts
- Willingness to perform field visits across Lahore
- Fresh candidates with technical education are encouraged to apply
