Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Nawabshah. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications, working across front-end and back-end components to ensure performance, security, and scalability. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient code, implementing UI/UX designs, integrating APIs and third-party services, debugging and resolving technical issues, and optimizing existing features. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and other developers, participating in code reviews, and staying current with modern web standards and best practices. Qualifications
- Strong Front-End Development skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks) and Web Design capabilities for creating user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming (e.g., server-side languages, databases, RESTful APIs) to build robust application logic.
- Solid understanding of full-stack Web Development principles, including cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and document code and system architecture clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with modern development tools, testing frameworks, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is an advantage.
