We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance, installations, and day-to-day electrical works. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Technology and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Candidates with experience in housing societies, residential developments, or real estate projects will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily electrical maintenance and repair activities.
- Oversee electricians, technicians, and electrical maintenance teams.
- Supervise electrical installations, wiring, equipment, and infrastructure works.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely rectification.
- Coordinate with contractors and other technical teams for electrical works.
- Ensure all electrical work is completed according to required standards and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and facilities.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, faults, repairs, and completed works.
- Assist in planning preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment.
- Report electrical issues and maintenance requirements to management. Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Technology from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Candidates with experience in housing societies, residential developments, or real estate projects will be preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience supervising electricians and technical staff.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site-based electrical activities independently.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and maintenance practices.
