Brandora88 is a growing digital business focused on online sales, marketing, creative services, and digital products. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Art Sales & Outreach Specialist who understands online artist, gaming, streaming, and creator communities.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Art Sales & Outreach Specialist who has hands-on experience selling digital artwork, commissions, character designs, emotes, avatars, banners, illustrations, or other creative digital products online.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using platforms such as Discord, Twitch, X (Twitter), DeviantArt, Reddit, and other online communities to find potential customers, start conversations, generate leads, and convert prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and identify potential customers interested in digital artwork and creative services.
• Generate leads through Discord, Twitch, X (Twitter), DeviantArt, Reddit, gaming communities, streaming communities, and other online platforms.
• Reach out to potential clients through DMs and online communities in a professional and non-spammy manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable digital art products or services.
• Sell digital illustrations, character designs, custom artwork, avatars, Twitch emotes, banners, thumbnails, logos, and other digital products.
• Convert inquiries and conversations into paid orders.
• Follow up with interested prospects and potential clients.
• Build long-term relationships with artists, streamers, gamers, VTubers, influencers, content creators, and other potential buyers.
• Maintain lead and customer records using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
• Handle basic sales negotiations and communicate pricing professionally.
• Work closely with artists/designers to understand client requirements and ensure accurate communication.
• Research competitors, pricing, trends, and customer demand in the digital art market.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required Experience

• Previous experience in online sales, digital art sales, commission sales, or creative services sales.
• Proven experience selling digital artwork or creative services is highly preferred.
• Experience generating leads through online communities and social media.
• Strong communication and English writing skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, DMs, follow-ups, and sales conversations.
• Ability to identify potential buyers and convert leads into customers.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who has actually sold digital art or creative services online and understands how to find and approach potential buyers.

The candidate should understand online communities, know how to start conversations naturally, identify buying intent, follow up with prospects, negotiate professionally, and close sales.

Candidates who only have general social media management experience but no practical sales experience will not be prioritized.
