Waiter/Waitress

We are hiring for a skilled Waiter or Waitress to join our team in Karachi As a WaiterWaitress you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders serving food and drinks and ensuring guest satisfaction The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and provide menu recommendations
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure tables are set up properly with clean silverware glasses and napkins
• Monitor table turnover and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
• Handle any customer complaints or special requests with professionalism and courtesy
• Process payment transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiterwaitress in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Valid work permit or visa sponsorship for non-residents of Karachi

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position
