We are hiring a reliable and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team in Gujrat. In this role you will be responsible for performing various tasks in a warehouse setting including receiving, storing and distributing materials and products. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a warehouse environment and be able to follow instructions accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming materials against purchase orders or packing lists.
- Store materials in designated locations according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.
- Pick, pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate various warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods of time.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
