Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform decisions on assortment, pricing, and promotions.
Develop data-backed insights and regular reports that highlight trends, successes, challenges, and opportunities.
Improve reporting structures and bring a consultant-like perspective to identify and act on growth opportunities.

Own end-to-end delivery of commercial projects from scoping and planning through execution, tracking, and closure.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and on-time, in-scope delivery.
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track.
Lead post-mortems and maintain project documentation to capture learnings and support continuous improvement.

Use large language models and AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Identify repetitive workflows and build or configure AI agents and automations to reduce errors and improve productivity.
Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and recommend new applications to optimize commercial processes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Hard skills: Strong SQL proficiency; experience with data visualization and reporting tools; solid Excel skills; familiarity with statistical techniques, commercial metrics, project management basics, and AI-powered tools including large language models and workflow automation.
Experience: 2–3 years in commercial analytics, business analytics, data analysis, or project management
Soft skills: Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration; disciplined execution; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
