Role Introduction
You will own the entire sales engine, from first conversation to signed contract. It’s a senior, high-trust seat for someone who’s comfortable across the table from a bank’s C-suite. If you’ve closed complex B2B SaaS deals and know how financial institutions actually buy.

Requirements
- Shape and drive the regional go-to-market and sales strategy, with every initiative tied back to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.
- Own the full regional sales pipeline, from first outreach through contract signing and account growth , across Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and emerging Gulf markets.
- Build relationships and pipeline across banking, financial services, insurance, real estate, government, and large enterprise accounts.
- Design deal structures around recurring subscription revenue, using advisory engagements as a strategic entry point into platform and managed-service adoption.
- Run the full sales cycle, discovery, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing , on complex enterprise SaaS agreements.
- Set up the sales playbook, cadence, and team discipline needed to scale the function as the business grows.
- Keep forecasting and pipeline reporting sharp and current for leadership and executive reviews.
- Partner with technical, product, and advisory teams to shape solutions that win strategic deals.
- Lead expansion into new markets as the first commercial presence on the ground.
- Feed market intelligence , competitor moves, regulatory shifts, buyer feedback , back into product and go-to-market strategy.
Specifications
- 10+ years in commercial sales, financial services, corporate banking, or enterprise SaaS business development.
- A track record in corporate sales, commercial banking, relationship management, credit/risk, or enterprise SaaS business development.
- Background in corporate or investment banking, credit, or risk , ideally at a fintech or financial-data company , with real exposure to how financial institutions evaluate and buy software.
- Strong standing and network across banking, financial services, or fintech in Pakistan, the UAE, KSA, or the wider region.
- Seniority to sit across from a bank's C-suite and credit committee as a peer, fluent in the language of relationship managers, treasury, and risk teams.
- Working knowledge of green bonds, sustainability-linked loans, sukuk, and blended-finance structures, and how they fit into bank credit processes.
- Experience selling B2B SaaS , qualifying long-term account value and closing complex, consultative, recurring-revenue deals.
- Comfort structuring subscription contracts and navigating multi-stakeholder corporate procurement.
- Sharp strategic thinking, pipeline management, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- A self-directed, hunter mindset , resilient, commercially creative, and accountable to targets.
- Exposure to sustainability, ESG platforms, climate finance, or risk frameworks is a strong plus.
