As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural projects in Khanpur Your role will involve leading a team of architects and collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and meet all necessary codes and regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings and plans
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and mentoring as needed
- Collaborate with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress address any issues that arise and make decisions as needed
- Review project proposals and contracts to ensure compliance with client requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends new technologies and building codes to continuously improve project quality
- Maintain accurate records of project details costs schedules and other important information
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with a proven track record of successfully completed projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Khanpur is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Salary $1500 per month negotiable based on experience
Employment Type Contract with potential for extension
Location Khanpur
