Role Description
The Consultant role at Pak-Qatar Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad District. The Consultant will support clients by analyzing their financial needs, explaining Shariah-compliant products and services, and recommending suitable savings, protection, and investment solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with group policies, and ensuring that advice adheres to Islamic finance principles. The Consultant will also monitor market trends, contribute to business development initiatives, maintain accurate documentation, and provide ongoing client relationship management and service support.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and advisory skills related to financial products, investments, and risk management, particularly within Islamic finance.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, including consultation, negotiation, and clear, professional communication.
- Ability to prepare and present reports, proposals, and product information using standard office and collaboration tools.
- Good understanding of Shariah-compliant financial concepts, Takaful products and asset management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; relevant certifications in Islamic finance are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a structured, team-based environment and manage multiple client engagements.
- Prior experience in financial services, insurance/Takaful, or asset/investment management is preferred.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering client-focused solutions aligned with Islamic values.
