Eligibility Criteria
Preferred Candidates
- 6 months to 1 year of experience specifically in Truck Dispatching sales.
- Freshers can also apply, but you must have worked on at least one USA or UK campaign.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and trucking services.
- Excellent English communication and sales closing abilities.
Alternative Qualification
- Candidates with experience in any US sales campaign are encouraged to apply.
- Background in telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales will be considered an advantage.
Freshers Not Required
- Fresh candidates are not eligible for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads through outbound calling and prospecting.
- Promote dispatching and logistics solutions to trucking businesses.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Handle objections and convert prospects into active clients.Maintain CRM and sales reports accurately.
- Meet assigned monthly KPIs and sales targets.
Job Details
Location: 59 A College Block Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore (Onsite)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 05:00 PM - 02:00 AM
Pay
Rs 55,000 - Rs 80,000 per month

Job Specification
- Clear spoken English and confident business communication with international prospects.
- Sales prospecting, lead qualification, persuasive service presentations, and objection handling.
- Consistent follow-up and relationship-building skills throughout the customer acquisition process.
- Understanding of truck dispatching, freight movement, and basic logistics operations.
- Ability to identify customer needs and relay relevant details accurately to operations colleagues.
- Organized record-keeping for leads, client conversations, and follow-up actions.
- Professional telephone and campaign communication skills, ideally gained on a USA or UK campaign.
- Self-motivation, target orientation, resilience, and a collaborative approach.
