If you're an experienced B2B closer who backs their own skills, this is a role where your income grows with every client you sign. We're an early-stage startup, we say so upfront, and every term below is exactly how we'll work. No fine print, no surprises.

ABOUT VORTEX AUTOMATIONS

Businesses lose money every day to missed calls, slow follow-ups and manual work. Vortex Automations fixes that. We design private, self-hosted AI systems: workflows, chat and voice agents and custom automation that run on infrastructure the client controls, so their data stays theirs.

Our initial focus is the Middle East, specifically the UAE. As our client base and reviews grow, we plan to expand gradually into Europe. You'd be joining at the stage where the sales process is still being shaped, with direct access to the founder.

THE ROLE

Your job is to take warm business conversations and turn them into signed clients.

• We provide the leads, so you spend your time selling, not prospecting
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers, understand their problem and present the right solution
• Handle objections with confidence and move deals through to a fully closed client
• Keep accurate records of every conversation, outcome and next step
• Tell us what you hear from the market so we can sharpen our offer

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven B2B sales experience (closing, inside sales or cold calling). This role is for experienced people
• Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, professional phone presence
• Strong listening and objection-handling skills
• Self-discipline: you work independently, remotely and consistently
• Ability to explain technical services in simple business language
• Experience selling services, SaaS, AI or automation is a strong plus
• Comfort with UAE business hours (UAE time is just one hour behind Pakistan)

HOW YOU'RE PAID (full transparency)

• First 3 months: commission-only
• 22% of the setup fee and 22% of the recurring fee, on every client you close
• Your commission on the recurring fee runs for 3 months, the same as your commission on the setup fee
• You're paid for fully closed clients, not for calls, traffic, leads or meetings
• Every time a client pays us, your commission reaches you within 12 hours
• Commission already paid to you is yours. We never take it back
• We expect 2 to 3 closed clients within your first 30 to 45 days

What this looks like in practice:

Close one Basic client and you earn roughly $415 to $495 over 3 months (your 22% on the setup fee plus 22% on 3 months of recurring). Close 3 Basic clients and that's roughly $1,250 to $1,485 over 3 months. Your setup commission and the first recurring payment reach you within 12 hours of the client paying us; the remaining recurring commission follows each month.

After the first 3 months: if the results are there, we move you to a base salary with a reduced commission percentage. The terms are discussed and agreed together.

Work Schedule

• Part-time: 20-25 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, around 4-5 hours per day
• Flexible timings, you pick a fixed daily slot with our team
