The candidate will ensure financial transactions are timely and accurately recorded and processes are followed, financial tasks are completed before deadlines and key stakeholders receive the financial information, they need to make sound decisions. 

 

An important part of the role is to build excellent working relationships with non-financial employees working across H-Tech Supports so that information needed by the finance team is obtained in a timely fashion. The successful candidate will also identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. 

 

 

 

Job Description

 

  • Keep accurate records of all daily transactions.
  • Process invoices.
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Update internal systems with financial data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Participate in financial audits.
  • Track bank deposits and payments.
  • Assist with budget preparation.
  • Developing and implementing financial controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Preparation of accurate and timely financial information.
  • Managing budgets and forecasts.
  • Liaise with internal and external audits.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Responsible for full set accounting, including daily accounting functions, book-keeping, and month-end closing.
  • Prepare monthly consolidated group accounts & financial analyses.
  • Prepare monthly management reports.
  • Join the annual operative budgeting process.
  • Review income tax returns & statutory reports.
  • Handle ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by superior.

Profile

 

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma holder in Accounting or Finance related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting related fields, audit firm experience will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is MUST
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good in English and Urdu.
