For our plant in Lahore, Pakistan, we are looking for a Future Talent - Maintenance Engineer directly reporting to Maintenance Manager.

In this organization, your activities will be focusing on the overall reliability of equipment, promoting the development of Planned Maintenance & Early Management (WCM/Lean manufacturing) methodology and working with maintenance & production leaders to achieve the targets of overall process and factory KPIs.

• Create, develop, test, and support factory automation systems.
• Secure overall reliability of equipment of respective process through planning, and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrumentation, SCADA, PLCs, Variable Frequency Drives, and Operational Technology Systems.
• Lead technicians for machine issues troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement effective countermeasures.
• Using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) tools and methodologies to improve the machine's reliability and reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Maintain adequate and orderly documentation for maintenance department.
• Work closely and maintain good working relationship with peers and production staff to achieve the required reliability and performance from the machines.
• Utilize, in conjunction with process controls, the big data analysis to drive increase in productivity and quality of output.
• Drive innovation to improve energy consumption and better machine ergonomics for operators' safety.
• Develop the technical knowledge and capabilities of the employees within the organization.

• A bachelor's degree in automation, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Good written and spoken English both written and verbal is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and network design
• Organization, regularity, and consistency
• Good communication skills
• You can work independently as well as in a team
• You are a problem solver with a strong personal drive
• A solid, professional personality and the ability to build and use networks

Bonus:

• Siemens PLC programming knowledge and experience on DC/AC/Servo drive is an advantage
• PLC programming skills and VB and DB/SQL programming skills
