Overview

Lead Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to join our creative team and take ownership of brand visuals, conceptual design, and innovative digital experiences. This role requires a blend of traditional design expertise and forward-thinking skills in AI-assisted creative tools to push the boundaries of design.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain branding guidelines and styling to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Create key visuals and conceptual designs aligned with brand identity.
  • Design and animate logos, videos, and motion graphics.
  • Lead game screen design, including environments, UI, and character animations.
  • Produce high-quality print design materials (brochures, posters, packaging, etc.).
  • Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., MidJourney, Flux, OpenArt, Freepik, GPT-based tools) to generate imagery, characters, and visual assets.
  • Create AI-generated videos using platforms such as Runway ML, Pika, Kling AI, Seedance, and more.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to junior designers while fostering a collaborative creative environment.
Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, creative direction, or a related role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of branding, digital, animation, and conceptual work.
  • Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with AI-based creative tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and defend creative ideas.
  • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to new trends and technologies.
