Role Description

Lead UX/UI for our next-generation application across mobile and web. You will translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive, patient-friendly experiences and evolve our design system for speed, consistency, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and developer-ready specs.
  • Translate clinical workflows into simple experiences that balance usability, safety, and compliance.
  • Define and evolve a scalable design system; champion accessibility throughout the product.
  • Run user research and usability tests; iterate based on insights and product metrics.
  • Partner closely with engineers and clinicians to ship high-quality, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Product/UX design with shipped consumer or healthcare products.
  • Expert in Figma (components, variants, prototyping) and design systems.
  • Strong visual design, typography, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience with accessibility, localization, and data visualization.
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end problem solving and measurable impact.
