We're hiring our first full-time designer — someone who'll craft clean, intuitive experiences, and help build the foundation for a true design culture at Taleemabad.


What You'll Do
  • Shape the Product, Not Just the Pixels
  • Own the design of web and mobile features across our teacher, parent, and student experiences.
  • Design Systems, Not Just Screens
  • Revamp and maintain our existing design system. Create scalable, reusable components that developers and users will thank you for.
  • Create Coherence
  • Bring visual and interaction consistency to fragmented features. Turn "designed by 3 people on different days" into "crafted with care."
  • Make Research Actionable
  • Sit in on user interviews, decode their real needs, and translate insights into design decisions that matter.
  • Prototype Fast, Test Faster
  • Turn ideas into interactive prototypes. Run quick usability tests. Validate before we build.
  • Collaborate Deeply
  • Work closely with PMs, Engineers, Learning Experts, and Coaches. Influence direction, not just delivery.
  • Raise the Bar
  • Advocate for accessibility, edge-case handling, and user-centered problem-solving — not just pretty interfaces.

What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in a product design role
  • A strong portfolio showing user-first design thinking, not just visual polish
  • Comfort working with Figma, component libraries, and design systems
  • Ability to take a vague, messy idea and shape it into a functional user flow
  • Enough UX craft to defend your design, and enough humility to change it
  • Bonus: Familiarity with edtech, emerging markets, or designing for low-bandwidth/low-literacy users
