We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer with at least 3 years of

experience to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business

problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers,

and product managers to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer

experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop end-to-end machine learning solutions from data collection and preprocessing to model

training, evaluation, and deployment.

2. Collaborate with data scientists to understand business requirements and translate them into technical

solutions.

3. Explore and experiment with different machine learning algorithms and techniques to improve model

performance and accuracy.

4. Design and implement scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines that can handle large volumes of data.

5. Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure their reliability and scalability.

6. Conduct thorough testing and validation of machine learning models to ensure their robustness and effectiveness in real-world scenarios.

7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning research and technologies, and

incorporate them into our development processes.

8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, and actively participate in knowledge sharing activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

3. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.

4. Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.

5. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, etc., and proficiency in SQL and database management will be a plus.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

8. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform will be a plus.

2. Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes will be a plus.

3. Experience with version control systems such as Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
