The University of Home Economics Lahore invites applications from Pakistani Nationals for Visiting Faculty Positions and from Punjab Domicile Holders for Administrative Posts on a contract basis.

Eligibility Criteria: Appointments will follow the Higher Education Commission (HEC) faculty appointment criteria.

Application Submission Deadline: Candidates must submit their applications by March 28, 2025 on the prescribed Job Application Form, available for download at https://uhe.edu.pk/downloads.

Candidates applying for the Cook position may submit applications on plain paper.

Application Submission Method: Send applications via Registered Mail/Courier Service to The Registrar, University of Home Economics Lahore.

Attach the Original Challan Form/Bank Deposit Slip along with attested copies of the following:

  • Educational Documents
  • Experience Certificates
  • CNIC
Application Processing Fee
  • Visiting Faculty: PKR 500/-
  • Teaching Assistant: PKR 1,000/-
  • Assistant Estate Officer: PKR 1,000/-
  • Cook: No fee required

Candidates must deposit the fee using the Bank Challan available on the university website. Mention the applicant's name and post name on the bank deposit slip. Photocopies of deposit slips or challan forms will not be accepted. Processing fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Additional Instructions:
  • Clearly mention the Post Applied For, Subject, and Discipline on the top right corner of the application envelope.
  • If applying for multiple positions, submit separate applications and processing fee slips for each.
  • Candidates currently employed in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer by the due date.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
  • Age relaxation, disabled persons' quota, and minority quota will be observed as per Punjab Government policies.
  • The University reserves the right to increase, decrease, withhold, or cancel any position without prior notice.
  • Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained. Applicants must ensure all required documents are provided.
