Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in Oil & Gas / Public Sector (Downstream) is preferred. Ability to estimate and prepare engineering estimates for small to medium civil projects related to civil buildings and transmission pipeline civil infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare scope of work for small to medium civil projects related to civil building structures and transmission pipeline civil infrastructure.
  • Assess and maintain the integrity of civil buildings and infrastructure.
  • Supervise civil projects and ensure quality control.
  • Prepare project plans and schedules for civil buildings and pipeline infrastructure.
  • Ensure project quality control and assurance.
  • Understand applicable codes and standards for civil projects.
  • Be familiar with building laws and regulations applicable in Sindh/Pakistan.
  • Ensure the integrity of civil structures and buildings, including KT, HQ, etc.
  • Prepare BOQ for small and medium transmission projects.
  • Estimate civil infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare tender documents for civil infrastructure and repair jobs.
  • Conduct technical evaluations independently.
  • Assist section head and department head in preparing civil budgets.
  • Utilize latest technological tools for civil project management.
  • Use project planning software like Primavera for scheduling.
  • Estimate repair and maintenance costs for Transmission HQ buildings and pipeline infrastructure.
  • Lead ELPs for future grooming aligned with SSGC business goals.
  • Prepare periodic reports on assigned tasks for management.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management.
