IT Engineer

General Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this individual will have a focus on administering application installer/uninstaller packaging and service operations ownership around application management lifecycles for Systems Management Services.
This will include, but not be limited to, Application Packaging/Scripting and Deployment via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/System Center Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), PowerShell scripting, and SQL Reporting Services to globally monitor and manage Windows systems to ensure a stable, secure and productive environment for the company.
Duties will include service monitoring, infrastructure, client/user support, ticket queue management, as well as project and upgrade work for the supported services and applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Physical Requirements: Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 20 lbs.
3. Strong experience with the Microsoft Windows OS (all versions) in a corporate environment.
4. Strong experience with PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) packaging technology and Microsoft Windows Installer technology.
5. Strong experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / System Center Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) infrastructure and service management.
6. Strong scripting/PowerShell skills.
7. Solid understanding of Active Directory group policy.
8. Experience with SRS and web reporting.
9. Experience with PowerBI reporting and data analysis skills.
10. Good understanding of Microsoft Applications and Desktop Administration.
11. Well-versed with Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
12. Detail oriented and self-motivated with excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills.
13. Ability to effectively communicate with varying levels of the organization.
14. Ability to be productive in a team environment and help contribute to a positive team effort.

1) Bachelor's in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
2) Minimum 5 years of experience in Application packaging and MECM/SCCM Technologies.
3) Customer service, technical training and/or industry standard certifications preferred.
