OverviewIn this role, you will:
Responsibilities- Service Ownership and Strategy
Take ownership of specific services or systems, understanding their purpose, dependencies, and impact on the organization.
Develop a strategic vision for service improvement, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align service goals with business objectives.
- Team Leadership and Management
Lead a team of service engineers, administrators, and support staff.
Set clear goals, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Service Design and Implementation
Work closely with architects and engineers to design and implement services.
Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection regulations, and industry best practices.
Oversee service deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Incident Management and Troubleshooting
Coordinate incident response efforts during service disruptions.
Investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
Maintain incident documentation and post-incident reviews.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to optimize service delivery.
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Identify opportunities for service enhancement, cost optimization, and process streamlining.
