
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities) Head

Masters degree in Political sciences OR MBA HR OR Economics OR Business OR Environmental sciences or communications.
In the capacity of CSR Head, you will be required to make all the necessary arrangements for:
- Develop, update and communicate the company HSEMS and annual programs for implementation.
- Communication with the customers, development and submission of factory profiles.
- Set, update and communicate the company HR, HSE standards, procedures, code of practices and guidelines to be in line with local and international standards, regulations and ensure their implementation.
- Reporting to the director on all aspects of the HSE and HRMS administrative system.
- Communication with different tiers of management and staff to ensure best practices in the field of HR & HSE.
- Systematically identify challenges connected to HSE and HRMS; register and develop and update systems, documentation, policy systems and relevant standards and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits of health and safety performance and employment standards.
- Facilitate external audits, CAP development and submission, CAP execution etc.
- Provide guidance on the preparation of health and safety plans and monitor, evaluate and develop their effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain suitable health and safety and HRMS training standards.
- Provide advice and information to the Health and Safety committee.
- Make recommendations to the Health and Safety committee on any changes regarding the improvement of the policy.
- Develop and maintain a system to facilitate the provision of health and safety information to all workers.
- Support Managers in developing detailed plans and procedures to ensure the consistent and effective implementation of health and safety and HRMS policies.
- Carefully and regularly monitor key performance indicators at all levels.
- Conduct HSE and HRMS review meetings with directors and develop action plans for improvement of performance.

Business skills: building insight, communication skills, decision making, commercial awareness, IT, innovation, strategic awareness, leadership, handling complexity and problem solving.
People dealing skills: adaptability and empathy, developing others, influencing without power, open-mindedness, integrity, political awareness, self-development and learning, building partnerships, team working and questioning "business as usual".
Technical skills: technical expertise, understanding impacts, stakeholder dialogue, internal consultancy, selling the business case, understanding human rights and understanding sustainability.
