Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

3+ years of technical experience

Strong analytical skills

Understanding of all search engines and functions as well as marketing

Job SpecificationTechnical SEO Skills:
  1. Website architecture and structure: Ability to audit and optimize website structure for better crawlability and indexability.
  2. Page speed optimization: Knowledge of techniques to improve website loading speed, including image optimization, minification, and caching.
  3. Mobile optimization: Understanding of mobile-first indexing and ensuring websites are optimized for mobile devices.
  4. Schema markup: Ability to implement structured data to enhance search engine result appearance.
Keyword Research and Analysis:
  1. Proficiency in keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  2. Understanding of search intent and long-tail keywords.
  3. Competitor analysis: Ability to analyze competitor keywords and strategies.
Content Creation and Optimization:
  1. Strong writing and editing skills.
  2. Knowledge of on-page optimization techniques such as optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and URL structures.
  3. Content strategy development: Ability to plan and create content that aligns with SEO goals and user intent.
  4. Understanding of content optimization for featured snippets and rich snippets.
Link Building:
  1. Understanding of link building techniques, including outreach, guest posting, and content promotion.
  2. Ability to identify high-quality and relevant websites for link acquisition.
  3. Familiarity with tools for backlink analysis and monitoring.
Analytics and Reporting:
  1. Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  2. Ability to track and analyze key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
  3. Experience with data visualization tools for creating reports and dashboards.
Adaptability and Continuous Learning:
  1. SEO is an ever-evolving field, so it's crucial to stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
  2. Willingness to experiment with new strategies and tactics.

  1. Ability to communicate SEO recommendations effectively to cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators.
