Business Development Executive

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at negotiating and closing deals with a minimum closing expectation in USD contributing to the company's success and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Review requirements & Placing the initial bids
  • Review of RFP, RFQ and RFI shared by the clients, understanding document and submit the proposal accordingly.
  • Negotiation and Closure
  • Online Lead Generation via Upwork
  • Good Understanding of the bidding portals Upwork, Peopleperhour, Guru etc.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements and skills

  • 0-1 years of Experience in the similar domain
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Ability to close deals and meet a minimum sales target in USD per month.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Bitrix 24)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
