Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead OS Capital Investments through its next phase of growth and innovation. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and financial performance of the firm, with a special focus on managing both commodity and equity brokerage divisions.

• Develop and execute a clear strategic vision aligned with regulatory frameworks of PMEX and PSX.

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a results-oriented, transparent, and ethical work culture.

• Represent the company at industry forums, regulator meetings, and investor conferences.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure full compliance with SECP, PMEX, PSX, and other relevant bodies.

• Maintain a strong relationship with regulatory authorities and respond proactively to policy changes.

• Oversee timely submission of reports and audits as per regulatory requirements.

Business Development & Client Growth:

• Drive business expansion by identifying new opportunities in both equity and commodities trading.

• Lead initiatives to onboard institutional and high-net-worth clients.

• Champion customer-centric innovations in digital platforms, education, and advisory services.

• Oversee trading operations, risk management, client servicing, and back-office infrastructure.

• Ensure robust internal controls and risk mitigation practices.

• Manage P&L performance and ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainable profitability.

Technology & Innovation:

• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance trading systems, cybersecurity, and user experience.

• Spearhead digital transformation and data-driven decision-making practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven senior leadership experience (minimum 8–10 years), preferably as CEO, MD, or COO in a brokerage, investment bank, or financial services firm.

• In-depth understanding of capital markets, trading operations, and compliance frameworks of PMEX, PSX, and SECP.

• Prior experience working with or leading a PMEX or PSX licensed entity is mandatory.

• Strong network within the financial ecosystem of Pakistan including regulators, financial institutions, and institutional investors.

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. CFA or similar professional certifications will be an advantage.

• Strategic and visionary mindset with the ability to scale operations.

• High integrity and deep understanding of compliance obligations.

• Entrepreneurial drive and a hands-on leadership style.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
