We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Executive to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing reports, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Posting of Accounting Entries in SAP.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in internal audits and implement recommendations to strengthen financial controls.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master's or ACCA or CA Inter is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a finance or accounting role (typically 2–4 years).
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP, MS Excel).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP/SAP systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
