We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to businesses in the U.S. via outbound calls, introducing our AI solutions, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team.

The ideal candidate is energetic, confident on the phone, and able to quickly build rapport with decision-makers. Prior experience in cold calling or B2B sales is preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls daily to prospective U.S. businesses (B2B only).
  • Identify client pain points and position our offerings as solutions.
  • Book discovery calls / appointments for the closing team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, meetings booked, conversions).
  • Collaborate with team members to refine call scripts and improve success rates.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or B2B outbound sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English (fluent, clear accent).
  • Confident, persuasive, and resilient when handling objections.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or AI solutions (training will be provided).
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
  • Reliable internet connection, laptop/PC, and headset for remote work.
