Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for building connections and opening doors to new business? BroadDigix LLC, a US-based IT services company, is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take charge of outbound outreach and book qualified appointments with potential clients.

We offer cutting-edge web and software development solutions—and we're looking for someone eager to help grow our client base.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Identify decision-makers and introduce BroadDigix's services in a clear, engaging way
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs and readiness to engage
  • Book appointments for our sales team and ensure smooth handoff
  • Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM
  • Stay informed about industry trends and client pain points
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets related to outreach and scheduled meetings

What We're Looking For:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident and professional on calls with a consultative tone
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline
  • Proactive, goal-driven mindset and ability to work independently

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday | 05:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

Compensation: Base Salary + High Commissions
