Role Summary

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the telecom, Cloud, or tech industries.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
  • Ability to handle data analysis and convert findings into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • A creative mindset to bring fresh ideas to life in the digital space.
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Content writing experience for social media platforms is a must.
Job Specifications
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs aligned with brand plans, project launches, and business priorities.
  • Create content and ad copy for daily business postings.
  • Ensure all online assets, including the company website, blogs, and social media platforms, are optimized for design, content, and SEO performance.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with digital marketing goals and customer journeys for all businesses and across all platforms.
  • Plan, manage, and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
  • Utilize A/B testing and analytics tools to refine campaign performance and drive ROI. Analyze campaign metrics to deliver actionable insights and strategies for improvement.
  • Generate detailed monthly reports on digital marketing activities, including campaign effectiveness, traffic insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, especially within the telecom and tech industries.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to digital engagement, focusing on upcoming projects like cloud services and connectivity solutions.
  • Develop strategies to attract, engage, and nurture leads through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing agency to ensure alignment and consistency in customer communications and daily activities.
  • Oversee digital launch strategies for future projects in collaboration with the agency and project team.
Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Marketing/Communication/Digital Marketing from an accredited university.
