Digital Marketing Executive (Paid & Social)

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive (Paid & Social) to manage and grow our digital presence across key platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and social media marketing. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Create and manage social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor performance and ROI of all campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audiences to improve performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging ad creatives and posts.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising and social media.
  • Proven success managing budgets and generating leads or conversions through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Solid understanding of PPC strategy, keyword research, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
