Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

+ Facilitate 1-hour weekly group sessions using Platinum Health's wellness curriculum (topics include self-awareness, emotional regulation, relationships, digital safety, etc.)

+ Conduct brief 1:1 check-ins or journaling support during sessions

+ Build trust-based relationships with teens while maintaining professional boundaries

+ Track student engagement and submit short session reports

+ Participate in monthly team meetings and trainings

+ Optionally support parents, teachers, or staff through add-on workshops

Job Specification:

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field

+ Experience working with adolescents (in schools, therapy, or community programs)

+ Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills

+ Empathetic, nonjudgmental, and passionate about youth empowerment

+ (Preferred) Licensed psychologist, counselor, or social worker
