Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
  • Proficient in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts, relational models, and normalization.
  • Experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c databases.
  • Familiarity with tools like SQL Developer, TOAD, or similar.
  • Understanding of performance tuning and execution plans.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and deploy PL/SQL code including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
  • Optimize and fine-tune existing PL/SQL queries and programs for better performance.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Work closely with front-end developers and application teams to integrate database logic with application functionality.
  • Debug and resolve database-related issues in development, test, and production environments.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across different systems.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for PL/SQL code and processes.
  • Support data migration, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities as required.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices for SQL and PL/SQL development.
