Role Overview

As a Game Designer, you will work closely with developers, artists, and product managers to conceptualize and design gameplay systems, features, mechanics, and in-game content. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our games are not only fun to play but also commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design of core gameplay mechanics, features, and systems.

  • Balance gameplay elements such as difficulty, progression, economy, and rewards.

  • Create and maintain game design documents, flow diagrams, and feature specs.

  • Work with the development team to implement and iterate on features based on playtesting and feedback.

  • Analyze player behavior and game performance data to propose design improvements.

  • Collaborate with level designers, artists, and QA to ensure a cohesive game experience.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience as a Game Designer, preferably in mobile gaming.

  • Understanding of mobile game design principles and F2P mechanics

  • Familiarity with game engines such as Unity.

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for mobile games and deep knowledge of gaming trends.

  • Basic knowledge of balancing game economy and player progression.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on live game operations (LiveOps).

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and using data for design decisions.

  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles.

  • Experience in creating wireframes and mockups.
