Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Punjab, Pakistan. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel. This role involves daily tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and implementing HR Policies
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
