About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales team and enhance our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to streamline sales processes, manage reporting, and contribute to marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up daily with sales teams in Karachi and Lahore to monitor performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports based on KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, RFQs, and presentations.
  • Develop sales materials aligned with client needs and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team for social media activities.
  • Collaborate with external marketing teams on campaigns supporting sales.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales coordination or marketing roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
