A high-quality Marketing Assistant is required to support our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a strong organizational ability, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain quotations for raw materials and finished products.
  • Maintain strong follow-up on client requirements and keep records updated.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with international clients and partners.
  • Research and identify new market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Support the Marketing and Business Development Manager in day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure all communication reflects the company's professionalism and brand values.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or international trade is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM tools is a bonus
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
