Role Overview:
As a Senior Brand Development Specialist, you will drive employer branding initiatives and lead corporate communications strategies that position Vyro.ai as an employer of choice and a leader in the AI space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead employer branding strategy across social media, careers pages, and PR

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication plans

  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on talent attraction campaigns

  • Manage corporate messaging, press releases, and media relations

  • Drive content for LinkedIn, company blogs, and thought leadership

  • Measure and optimize brand perception and communication effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in employer branding, brand development, or corporate communications

  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills

  • Experience managing social media, PR, and employer marketing campaigns

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, marketing, and leadership teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or AI companies

  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and platforms

  • Background in design or creative direction
