As an Executive in the PMO (Project Management Office), you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of infrastructure-related projects. You will work closely with technical teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. This role demands excellent communication skills, project discipline, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure projects across departments.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools.

Track progress and update stakeholders regularly through reports, dashboards, and meetings.

Identify potential project risks and help implement mitigation strategies.

Support documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal PMO standards and methodologies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and vendors.

Facilitate smooth communication and ensure timely escalation of issues when required.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the PMO.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or BBA.

2–3 years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably with a focus on infrastructure projects.

Proficient in project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage stakeholders, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset.
