Job Title: Sales Closer

Digital Growth Catalyze is seeking a high-performing and persuasive Sales Closer to convert qualified leads into long-term clients in the US market. You'll work closely with our pre-sales and lead generation team, conduct product demos, negotiate deals, and close contracts for our software development and digital services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client pain points and present tailored digital and software solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive product/service demos and confidently handle objections.
  • Drive the negotiation process, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to boost retention and referrals.
  • Prepare reports on sales statistics, rates, and performance levels.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and contribute to the company's growth in the US market.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer or similar role, preferably in the US tech or software services market.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work US business hours.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zhou).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
  • Experience selling mobile apps, web development, or custom software solutions.
  • Prior exposure to outbound or consultative sales models.
