Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join ourSEO and Google My Business (GMB) campaign call center team. This is a night shift role ideal for candidates who are fluent in English, confident in communication, and comfortable working with digital marketing services over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects in the U.S. for SEO and GMB services.
  • Explain service features, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally.
  • Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow call scripts and sales techniques to close basic sales.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Good spoken English
  • Prior experience in international BPO or digital marketing sales preferred
  • Basic understanding of SEO and Google My Business is a plus
  • Ability to work night shifts regularly
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
