We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Sales Associate to join our real estate team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our real estate projects, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
  2. Conduct property viewings and present project details effectively.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
  5. Negotiate sales agreements and assist clients throughout the purchase process.
  6. Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings to provide insights and feedback.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  5. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Familiarity with real estate software and CRM is a plus.
