Job Overview:

We're looking for an Associate Project Manager, someone who understands the basics of web technologies (like websites, eCommerce, CMS platforms) but is more passionate about client interaction, communication, and closing deals.

This role is ideal for individuals from non-coding backgrounds who are looking to shift into the tech space with Project Management, strong communication and sales-oriented skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client needs and translate them into clear technical requirements for the dev team.
  • Communicate technical solutions to non-technical clients in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Follow up with leads, build client relationships, and close ongoing discussions.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Tech teams to finalize project scopes and pricing.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure client satisfaction throughout the pre-sales process.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of websites, web development, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Previous experience in client handling, sales, or pre-sales roles is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business or IT field).
