Job Title: Career Counselor

Job Description:

Intime Study Advisors is seeking a motivated and compassionate Career Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and professionals towards suitable academic and career paths, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, and helping clients make informed decisions about their future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct career assessments and personalized counseling sessions
  • Guide clients on educational options, career choices, and job market trends
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and awareness sessions when required
  • Maintain records of client progress and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Education, HR, or related field
  • Previous experience in career counseling or academic advising is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of career development trends and tools
  • Empathetic, approachable, and professional

Location:

12 Block F1, Main Boulevard, Khayaban-e-Firdousi, opposite to LDA Office, Johar Town, Lahore.
