Position: Call Center Executive

About the Role:

As a Call Center Executive at Universal Corporation, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. We're seeking an energetic and results-oriented individual who excels in managing customer interactions and converting leads into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure high conversion rates.
  2. Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries effectively.
  6. Record and track sales activities and customer interactions accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably within a call center environment.
  2. Strong sales pipeline management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  5. Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  8. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
