The ideal candidate for this position will obtain and expand the company's business relationships. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must have a solid technical understanding of the company and its products, combined with a sociable and outgoing personality to build rapport with potential clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Work closely and build relationships with customers
  2. Provide technical support when needed
  3. Develop initiative sales strategy
  4. Effectively develop and execute sales of factory automation solutions; products and services in assigned accounts
  5. Involved from the concept and detail of the design through to implementation, testing, and handover
  6. Analyze the customer's needs with respect to our product offerings and propose solutions to help them achieve their objectives
  7. Search for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region
  8. Travel to visit potential clients
  9. Establish and maintain existing relationships with customers
  10. Manage and interpret customer requirements
  11. Persuade clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
  12. Negotiate tender and contract terms
  13. Negotiate and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  14. Offer after-sales support services
  15. Administer client accounts
  16. Analyze costs and sales
  17. Prepare reports for head office
  18. Record and maintain client contact data
  19. Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
  20. Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs
  21. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  22. Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  23. Solve client problems
  24. Help in the design of custom-made products
  25. Provide training and produce support material for the sales team
Job Specification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical, Electronics, Computer & Mechatronics Engineering

0-1 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are preferable)
