**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Plaza Premium Group. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food products that exceed our guests' expectations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene in all kitchen and storage areas, while also ensuring that all food products are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

2. Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook high-quality food products that exceed our guests' expectations.

3. Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene in all kitchen and storage areas.

4. Stock Control: Carry out regular stocktaking and assist in stock control of food and beverage.

5. Quality Control: Check regularly the buffet counter to ensure the food prepared are well presented and sufficient.

**Requirements:**

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience, preferably in hotel industry.
